What is the general price point of a 100k fanpage non-niche, US, real, active and not spammed?

Then how does that base price change if the Likes are not US or if the page is not active?

I just need a general price point mark so I know what is and is not a good deal when buying.

Even I want to know the answer to this. I have a page for one Chrome extension, which still works. Around 7k users and 2 people have came to me with an interest in buying. What should I claim ?
