Client of mine has someone who spammed his account with negative comments then blocked the client's IG account.

As you know, these comments are only visible to others and hidden to my client who has permissions to delete the comment, if the client could see the comment in the first place.

How the heck do you delete comments if you can't see them? lol - what a mess.

I might be wrong about this, but one way to "fix" this could be:
    1. Log in with an account which is not blocked by him/her
    2. Obtain the ID of the comment(s)
    3. Log in with the original account
    4. Make calls to the API from the original account to delete the comment IDs you obtained from the other account

You can ask for a support to delete your comment :) Unfortunately, nothing more.

Ya, I try to but I've scaled my ads beyond what I can keep track of. 10 minutes away from the phone and something slips by.

You probably need a URL token for this, right? Probably not going to be easy.

I'm asking a rep - will see if they help.

Yeah, I'll try that from the other account.

Well it's not really "deleting" the comment, but you could try this to filter them out: https://www.pocket-lint.com/apps/news/instagram/138798-instagram-now-lets-anyone-moderate-comments-here-s-how-it-works

Had this problem and found a workaround today.. Find the user who blocked you by looking at the post while you're not signed in. Copy the username and search while logged in, then block the user. It'll delete all comments from that user.

If you need to automate, Jarvee has an option to manage and filter comments on posts. It's automated and only $20/mo so might be worth it if you're seeing a ton of these regularly.

The only simple solution is my eyes is contacting support :D i'am not into api etc. stuff so it will be super hard for a normal person to do it. support generally removes hateful comments.

Look at the post above yours, might help too.

As for my solution advice, basically when you open pages on your phone/browser, you call various Instagram APIs. My idea requires more technical knowledge than normal because you're going to have to sniff the requests, intercept the data and then send requests on your own to Instagram (have to match their request rules).
