I have both a server and vps.

I've had my vps with berman for over 2 years now and my server for about 1 year.

I do a shitload of spamming on both. But on my VPS I've had a massive NSEO campaign running for 14 months now. The "victim" is no innocent business owner. He is a 3 time convicted ex-con and scam artist who's still scamming people. He is also a competitor in my industry. But I would NOT be attacking the guys site like I am if he just did business properly. And I told myself "when I stop getting calls from victims he's ripped off... I'll stop the campaigns".

That hasn't happened so he has more than a years worth of spam on virtually every page of his site.

Long story short Berman suspended my VPS. I thought, "damn, I gotta find a new VPS provider now". Then 2 days later they sent me a message saying "we needed to move your service - serverxxx to a new, clean IP on our network because of recently received SPAM/ABUSE complaints.

I just sent a message to them asking for more details about the complaints.

But I'm curious what you guys think?

99% of my spam campaigns target parasite properties like facebook, youtube, blogger, topix, etc.... only **1** campaign is a massive NSEO campaign.

I figure it's time to shut down that campaign cause there's no point sending another xx million links to this guys site.

But can you get these complaints from more normal, BH spamming? Like with facebook/youtube/blogger/etc?

And if so, are there VPS providers who ignore the complaints? I don't need specifics like who I'd just appreciate some basic feedback on this. Cause if Berman is just gonna suspend my vps again 6-12 months from now I'd rather switch providers asap.

    Thanks,

    -BB

It sounds like your provider is doing everything they can to ignore the complaints.

Personally, I would leave out the NSEO part of your thread. This is going to turn into a moral debate that no one wants to read.

Most likely you got spam complaints from webmasters, whom sites that you put your links.

I used to blast 300-400k links per day without any complaints issue with poweruphosting + buyproxies.org.

I guess you should give those 2 a try though.
