Say like I would like to sell my fan page for $50.
My buyer need admin access first as an escrow system.

How can I believe him? If he/she remove me from admin is there anything
    left that I can do?

However money or service first. Please advice!

I saw this happen a couple of years back on a huge facebook page where the owner added another admin who she thought she knew and trusted. They had a fallout and the new admin booted and banned the owner from her own page.

If it's only $50 it's not the end of the world if it goes wrong, but insist on payment first if you're unsure.

Payment first always. Buyer doesn't want to pay first? Find a new one.

I think 1st give him editor or moderator access when he sends all payment then give him admin access. Maybe it's safe it's my thinking what you say about it?

    OP,

I suggest you meet in the middle. Giving him admin access will be risky from your end. There are several ways you can prove you own the page.

    1. Screenshots of the backend
    2. Post a content (from buyer) to prove that you own the page
    3. Show him analytics.

The buyer is already protected assuming he is going to pay via paypal or some sort of online payment wherein he can run a dispute. If this is not amenable to the buyer, I suggest you start looking for others who may be interested in what you're selling.

Probably a kid. Try contacting Facebook telling them that your Fanpage/Account was hacked.
