I am really struggling to find reliable supplier in alibaba. All of them say they are genuine and sell only original products. But prices they are telling are no way comparable to each other. Any body having success with dealing with them. How do we can find if they are supplying original or replica? Could you guys shed some light?.

    Thanks

I got scammed 3 years ago by many of them. Alot of times you have to order at least 1 and check for yourself, but alot of them will just take your cash which sucks. message me.

there should be some verified users wich means it's safe to buy from them.
Just forget about the rest, most are scam!

The funniest thing is that verified ones can also be scammers

Just use aliexpress.com They have an escrow service, money is only released to the seller if you confirm that you have received the items.

I agree with you on this one, anatho. Use an escrow account, confirm the product is exactly what was advertised to you as it being before payment if given.

Also, research your products. If you are going to deal in imports of famous fashions, they are fake 9 x's out of 10 coming out of Alibaba's site.

If you are in a bigger city or have one near you, I suggest going to the high-end shops and malls, to the stores that retail product like you are looking to sell. Get to know your product, know the feeling of real leather, the look of real diamonds, etc. It may sound like a lot of extra work but it will keep you from going bankrupt really quickly when you have a big shipment of fake purses and upset customers to deal with.

IF you can't find or afford the real deal, the post the products as ' replica so-and-so ' and you will be fine. Just don't risk saying it is the real thing if it isn't.

Final thing - don't promote replicas of products with copies of the exact brand label on the item...this is grounds for an instant claim against you with some multi-million dollar company dragging you through the mud. Don't risk the damage of your rep nor personal well-being and freedom for a few sales that will end in refund anyway.

Always ask for free product sample, most of the reliable company can afford it and will send you item as a gift :)

That is not true at all. I used to order electronics shipments from China all of the time and I always requested a sample before making larger purchases. In fact, some companies would send me three or four bluetooth headsets, Razr phones and so on, just to get my business.

Depending on the size of the company and the product in question, the samples would either be free or significantly discounted.

Btw, when I started, I found most of my suppliers on Alibaba, using the "sample" method. However, I never did business through Alibaba, I always contacted the company through their own website and had several communications before ordering.

You can also find suppliers using custom search's like site:.cn "bluetooth headset" or whatever your product may be. That will allow you to find chinese manufacturer websites.

You can also look up chinese convention centers and electronics expo's, find out which companies are presenting and then buy direct through them as they are most likely legit. For instance, look up the China Consumer Electronics Fair and the Shenzhen Convention Center to find distributors and manufacturers.
