Simply buy sim and create account by adding users in chrome, and normally ig going to block your account if u use more than 4-5 IDs from same ip(wokring for me)

When you say manually, it literally means using devices and creating the accounts one by one with email and password. You can hire someone to do it for you - it takes a lot of time tbh.
