How to create these type of proxy server to mask gdrive links and stop the usage limitation

it's about movie streaming website. I saw few members saying this in comments but I couldn't find a good guide how to do this masking. How to create these type of proxy server that fetch files from google drive and play many times without limitations?

(Many sites doing that but they actually use proxy to fetch from gdrive most of the time to keep the file from copyright deletion & remove limitations)

Do you have any guide/ web guide how to do this?? I know there's method to get unlimited gdrive( i saw that in BHW), but these type of proxying gdrive links??
