Hi, can someone tell me some RSS tools that I can use to turn my text files to RSS Feeds which I host from my own site and use to feed my blogs? I've searched and read about WP O matic, simpleRSS here on the forums but these seem to be for using other peoples RSS; not creating (generating) RSS feeds.

Yeah me too. I know how to create RSS feeds BUT there are many versions available and which ones are most preferred by the rss feed spiders?

As far as converting text to RSS NOT so straight forward. RSS is really a database using XML. This means every record has a title, description, URL etc.

Your text would have to have these sections I just mentioned. There are ways to combine this all into RSS but your text needs the content divided up in some way.

Well I'm trying to create feeds to upload to my web host. Not sure if it would be considered real or fake because the feeds would just be spun articles.

Hey I am pretty sure feedburner.com will create rss feeds from your site's content. I've personally never tried it since I build my own code but others have told me it works for them.
