How to create Google Account without verifying phone number?

I’ve heard using a Google Voice number can work, but Google may still ask for verification.

Create a new username in your anti-doc browser, promote the browser well for 4-5 days, watch videos, use mobile proxies, and then you'll be fine

Unfortunately, Google pretty much forces a phone check once you’ve created a handful of “free” @gmail.com accounts, so there’s no long-term hack that avoids it entirely. Here are the only semi-reliable workarounds folks use:
– Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
If you own a custom domain and pay for Workspace, the admin console lets you spin up dozens (or hundreds) of user accounts without any phone challenge.
– Pre-verified “bulk” accounts
Some vendors sell small batches of pre-created Gmail accounts with recovery emails already set. You skip the SMS step, but they tend to cost more and often come with a higher ban rate.
– Cheap real SIMs
Rather than sketchy SMS services, grab a handful of low-cost prepaid SIMs (or eSIMs) in your region. Rotate them through your sign-up flow. They’ll last longer and avoid Google’s disposable-number filters.
