    Hey,

I need to rank my keyword on #1 of google search. How do I build quality backlinks? I hate guest posting because my guest posts rarely get accepted.

This is what I can do: I can buy 10s of domains and try to add quality content on them so that the page rank increase on the next google update and then I can create backlinks on those website for my main website.
But the question is: when a person says that he is creating 5 backlinks on pr3, is it the page rank of the homepage or the pr of the post pages. :/ because no matter how great the homepage is but the other pages usually ranges from pr0 - pr1 :/

Anyone please explain. And also tell me is it worth it to buy domains and add quality stuff on those website to increase pagerank to build backlinks later. And what are some other methods to create powerful backlinks just like the SEO providers do.
i've heard the scrapebox can find expired domains with high pr, is that true?
