I'm having a serious problem with Upwork.
I had an account since 2016 and it was suspended in 2018 due to a really silly mistake I made.
In 2019, I made a new account and I changed one letter of my last name. They accepted the account and I even passed the ID verification.
After hitting 400$ in the first month, They suddenly suspended the new account permanently telling me it was related to an already suspended account.
Well, they are not wrong actually but I don't why they accepted the ID verification if they can find out? Why thet let work very very hard and suspend it?
And do you have any way to create a new account that is not related to any of my old accounts but with the same first and last names (few letter changes isn't a problem) ?
I really want to get back to work again because it's very difficult to find a freelance work outside Upwork.
I'm willing to pay if someone can help me.
