Hello,

We did not open or register account of Trustpilot, but there are some reviews about us.

How did Trustpilot know a customer placed order with us, and asked our customer for reviewing? is there any Trustpilot related script on our site ?

To disable review on Trustpilot, any way to completely close the Business or Brand on Trustpilot ?

Thanks

One can simply search a website on Trustpilot and write a review, it doesn't need any permission from the website owner.
You cant delete a Trustpilot page unless Trustpilot does it itself ( Trustpilot does not allow some website categories like spamming, scamming, hacking-related websites on their platform and they delete those websites from their platform)
What you can do is, claim your website from Trustpilot and reply/ flagged those bad reviews to remove them from your Trustpilot page)
You can also try to rank other reviews websites/platforms and rank them better than Trustpilot

Your starting point is to claim the website and create an account in trustpilot and/or drown the negative review with lot of positive reviews.

This is was may be impossible that are happend with you. Now you can creat new truspilot account and drew possitive review to make change your business.

you would have to create a professional TrustPilot account, with a professional email etc, and then try to claim this page.
After that, you can try and answer to those negative reviews, which will help increase your TP score.

Trustpilot typically integrates with websites through various methods, such as plugins, widgets, or APIs. These integrations allow Trustpilot to collect information about customer orders and send review requests.
