Are you talking about your own website, or someone else's website?

If it's the former, I suggest adding a contact form and integrating that with Mailchimp (it's free). Or a sign up page. Or a "join our newsletter" form (although no one ever fills those out).

for a single webpage : use chrome extension like emaildrop or other similar extensions. it's better than create a scrap script.

Email Extractor is an extension on Chrome that gather emails off webpages. I'm not sure how well it works though.

You will need tools to do it. There's many to chose from. I recommend scrapebox. You can use it for email scraping, and a thousand other things.
