How to clean install Win7,Ubuntu and Linux Mint together?

I'm running Win XP SP2 now. How do I partition my 180GB HDD to clean install Win7,Ubuntu and Linux Mint together? RAM 2GB. Intel Core 2 Duo.
Please give detailed steps ( not too detailed )or provide links which has detailed steps .
Also give the partition sizes.

Can I do partitions using mini partition tool wizard and then clean install?

Here this may help. http://ubuntuguide.org/wiki/Multiple_OS_Installation Its pretty easy to do.

Install Ubuntu first then use Gparted to create the partitions for the other two OS' and then install those.
