how to check whether a domain is banned in google ?

i found some domains which are deleted and at least 3 years old & available now.. how can i check whether these domains are banned by google ? i don't see any search result in google/bing etc

If the domains are deleted recently and don't show up in SERPs then they most likely are banned. Otherwise I don't see how 3 years old domains didn't get indexed

what if the previous owner didn't do anything with the domain ?

That would be a posibilty, but I highly doubt that, would you pay 3 years in a row, or 3 years in advance for some domains that you are not using/gonna use? Let's say I would buy a domain, if I'm not using it I wouldn't extend for the second year.
Another thought, go to archive dot org and put the URLs in there, see if they have some info on those. Small chances, but what the hell
