I use cuterank, its great software, you can make notes when you make on page changes and can print out ranking reports, it also notes your rankings in local google or international, there's a free trial that you can download but only tracks 1 keyword.

Rank Tracker by Link Assistant is my favorite.

I use Market samurai, I also use google.com/ncr and then add &gl=us to the end of the query - I read that on a forum somewhere, don't know if it's a legitimate method but it seems to tally up with MS...?

    Sescout or searchenginereports.net or seoserp.com/web_tools/google_top_1000_serps_checker.asp

Or, if you want desktop software - Rank tracker.

CuteRank seems to be pretty accurate. Their free version is quite good but limits you to one profile-website only. SEScout is not bad at all, but it limits you to 10 keywords and 1 domain.

I like Market Samurai and Traffic Travis. Each one gives me a little different insight.
