How to check QUALITY of links?

So i recently buy some gsa blast for my money site from fiverr,
Seller has created both tier 1 and tier2 of money site.

The thing is i cant determine the qualtiy of links-- even though they are having 60+ DA PA but they are not indexed in google(Tier1)
i mean they have some old posts too.

How can one say it will pass link juice if its not even indexed by google ?

Am i allowed to post links here ?

Unless a link is indexed in Google, it won't pass link juice (which makes sense because it's not in the damn index, then how can it pass link juice?)

Also, if I was you, I'd stay away from Fiverr, unless you really know what you're doing.

How many posts indexed on that blog, I mean not your old post. some times post will index after a couple of days or may one week

I think FIverr service provider not all will provide good services for you although how many as you paid. You can check the links is quality or not maybe you can using SEMRush this platform to track those link that you want to check either is quality or not quality.

As the previous post says, using Fiverr is not a good idea - anyone checks these services, you can't report low quality work at all and everyone can start a SEO service in a minute.

GSA blast is equal to no quality links.

Period.

Lots of people bashing Fiverr, but the quality is not worse than most of the services being sold on BlackHatWorld. Mostly they are using the same sites, same tools, same methods. If you read through all of the pages of sales threads, you will almost always find complaints on the threads of either low quality or services not being provided properly, services being deleted after being delivered etc. SMM and Link Building services are pretty low quality in general because people aren't looking to spend enough money for high quality work. The ones who do high quality work are usually not looking for hundreds of bulk orders, they have long term high end clients paying a premium and they rank highly in Google because their services work.

I think depend on that person? Here BHW got few members selling GSA service , i do buy one to test out still waiitng for the report , as i request drip feed.
