I like serpbook. It's relatively inexpensive and does the job.

You can use MicroSitemaster.com to check SERP. They are accurate and have reliable options as well.

SerpBook and serprecord.com are 2 great paid services. I checked some of the mentioned in this thread, they seem to be good as well.

I use Serpfox for one of my sites and I like it a lot. I've used whatsmyserp a little but I didn't really care for it, however they let you track a lot of keywords.

I think once I get some cash to reinvest I'll be getting Serpbook though. I've heard a lot of really good things about it.

Well, being a fan of Chrome and its plugins, I recommend the Open SEO Stats (Formerly: PageRank Status) and Alexa Traffic Rank plugins. Of course, there are tons of others, but I prefer these because they're simple.

seoserp chrome extention worked best for me.
SEOSERP and other chrome and other browser extension are good because you don't need to surf any other website. you just put keywords and domain. result are generated in seconds. i like these plugins.

    These are pretty good tools:

Advanced Web Ranking (you'll need proxies in order for this to work properly)
    SEMrush
    Linkdex (expensive)
    Moz
