anyone know of a way to track a long list of domains to make sure they properly configured/online . I am noticing its getting more difficult to keep track of a bunch of domains over different registrars. Anyone have any ideas?

When you say properly configured / online how do you want that tested?
A record, website actually appearing, site pings - which way do you want to test?

Out of the three I mention , I would put a phrase on every site, hidden in comments or meta tags, then write a PHP / Perl / whatever type script that loops through the list of domains, visits a site, scans for your phrase - if its spotted, the site is online...if its not then its down.

Hope that helps - once you know how you want to do it then it shouldn't be too hard to finish it. If you wanted it as a windows bot then thats possible, not that hard in something like uBot.

I see what your talking about.. I guess I would be looking for something easier even a simple ping would be fine. This isnt something I would check often thinking there would be changes. I see where you are going with a more advanced script depending on what your doing.
