Is it possible to send a e.mail to google? Not sure if there are any other ways.. if someone knows it would be very nice to know.. Imagine setting up a site and using days and night.. THen you get no rank in google whatsoever.. damn..

Yep. Use majestis seo, Open site explorer and Ahrefs to see back links to domain. Also try Wayback Machine for type of content. If you buy this domain put in GWT and ask for reconsideration.

There are a few factors that can help you deduce if it was ever hit by a Google update or not. First of all open
    Code:
    www.majesticseo.com
and sign into your account (it can be free) and load the domain url that you want to check. Now look at the citation and trust flow. If they both are above 10 then it means that it's a good domain. Next you should check the anchor texts and then the referring domains to see what type of sites the backlinks are coming from. All these 3 factors give you an overview about the quality of the domain. You can further load the domain up in
    Code:
    www.opensiteexplorer.com
as well and check the domain authority. That's a good factor as well. Hope this helps you.

The backlink is clean, no old links found and new ones, but I find something interesting, some builded links for the inner pages get indexed, the inner page still remains not indexed, the site has been on for a month now.

As well as checking with open site explorer also check with whois.domaintools.com to see how many times its been dropped. Too many drops, the chances are it's been used for spammy purposes.

A mass blacklist checker like http://www.blacklistalert.org/ tends to indicate if your domain has been up to anything bad.

But in my experience, a front page that is listed and individual pages that are not, usually indicates a problem with robots.txt or the sitemap.
