So i have a site for month and a half, ranking it like every other one which works, but this one isn't ranking.
It has to do with Microsoft's software, so I wonder is my site taken down from search results cause of DMCA complaint ?

I enter the url of my site and it's there, that's it the homepage is there but it's not ranking anywere

Type this on Google -> site:yourdomain.com

One of my sites at the bottom of the search results had the information about some content being removed due to DMCA complaints (I copied articles from other sites).

There is nothing on the bottom of the site about dcma or my site, but on the page 2(search results) there is about DMCA but nothing about my site again

site:domain.com won't work because your site could still be indexed -- Google removes specific pages due to DMCA complaints from their results, not entire websites (unless a claim was filed against a whole website). Also, I'm pretty sure those pages are still indexed in Google, just not VISIBLE due to DMCA complaint for specific search terms only. Search Google for all the keywords you rank for and all the keywords you used to rank for (I assumed used to since you suspect a DMCA claim on your site) and see if there's any DMCA notice... or just remove all content that would cause a DMCA notice against your website.

Also I would like to point out that if there was a DCMA complaint your webhosting company would have told you.
So if you have not been notified of a DMCA, it is safe to assume that is not the cause of your website being removed.

Additionally DMCA and DCMA are two different things, so make sure you get that bit right, otherwise some will think your referring to the defense department lol

Are you using Google Webmaster Tool? If yes, then you usually would be receiving a message or an email from Google letting you know about the DMCA complaint and that your content has been removed.
