Hey, I have been just randomly going through the forum saw that topic and thought its finally time to register, since I can contribute to the community.

I had the very same problem recently, I wanted to check a list of URLs which are containing articles in my blog and I wanted to check them only, not whole domain. There is a service called PlagSpotter (Google it, I cannot post links yet), here you can sign up for any plan and then ask a support representative to upload your xls or csv list of URLs to check (I was told that later on you will be able to do it manually by yourself). That's how I check my whole bulk of URLs. Tbh, I found this service even more comfy to use than CopyScape. Like a fresh breeze. Hope this helped.
