How to check a expired tumblr quality?

Hi, I am trying to scrape expired Tumblr these days. People keep saying find high quality ones. I checked them in Mozbar. And there are DA and PA....

Like:

DA PA
1 27
1 8
1 14
7 59
10 59

Is 10.59 good or not? Is there any yardstick against which I can decide if it's good or not?

Check the backlinks in ahref.
I found some expired tumblrs and they were like pa 80 with 100k backlinks according to moz, but links weren't present and when I went to ahref it was showing only 10 or so backlinks.
 
Check all of the sites backlinks histry, which one you see better, You can choose that. Choice is your's.

Moz is not enough. Try the Ahrefs/majestic combination. DA is not a valid parameter for me.
 
What if that one has 4 AHREF DA and 0 TF in majestic? ? Would you still go for that because of MOZ metrics?
