    set up WP on .info and transfer the database of .com to .info.....thats it....use the same theme/plugins etc...thats it....
    if u want to transfer the traffic as well,then put a 301 redirect from .com to.info.....hope that helps :)

    Also, if on the same host, you can just edit the wp-config file in your root directory (of the new site) to tell WP to make use of the same database. Just fill in the data as below (with your database username and password).

    Then indeed, just copy the whole themes and plugin directory to the new domain as well. Then activate all plugins and theme.

    Code:
    // ** MySQL settings - You can get this info from your web host ** //
    /** The name of the database for WordPress */
    define('DB_NAME', 'XXXXX');

    /** MySQL database username */
    define('DB_USER', 'XXXX');

    /** MySQL database password */
    define('DB_PASSWORD', 'XXXXX');

    Good luck

    Simple move to other host with your files & db & configure wp-config.php
    & use google webmasters tools & report change of address & google will redirect traffic to your new site

    Easy & Simple method: cPanel --> Parked Domains.
    If you don't know how to set it up, you should have a video-tutorial in Parked Domains section :)
