How to bypass my phone location service ?

Hello, I just downloded an app and it turns out I can't make any transactions due to some restrictions to my country ( Lithuania, European union) , So VPN doesn't work since they require phone location service to be turned on and thats how they are able to detain me from using it fully. Is there any options to bypass it? VPN doesn't work.
