How to bypass getting banned for multiple accounts? (Preferably free)

Hey everyone,

I currently had 3 accounts I was using on a writing forum (that uses Xenforo as the basis, much like this site I believe?) and all 3 were banned because the site sadly only allows one account per person. I like having different accounts for different genres/characters/settings/etc. as it helps me keeps things more organized if I want to find something, and gets me more into the "mindset" for writing that particular genre or character.

I'm wondering if there are any free proxies or VPNs that would be able to hide my IP address so that I won't be detected?

I know that Tor is out of the question because it's easily detected by Xenforo-based websites, but for my questions...

1) I have heard of Epic Browser, Brave Browser, Wind Scribe, and Opera's VPN. Are any of those good to remain hidden and not get detected by admins?

2) If so, how do they work? Do I just open up each browser and sign into only one account through them (and then associate that one account with that one browser forever), or can I use multiple accounts on the same browser and remain still be hidden? Will it also work if I have multiple browsers open and I'm logged into different accounts on them at the same time?

3) Is there anything else you would suggest?

There is software that can achieve this. For example Rambox, lets you create multiple sessions with different proxies configured within each sesions. There are other alternatives, but I doubt they are cheaper than Rambox
Free, you always try to use Proxifier or Proxycap (or something similar) and switch between many proxies manually, but proxies are not free

VPN are also fine, just need to reset the location of the VPN to get a new IP. Personally I like to stay with the same IP always for each account. Maybe in a forum site you wont have issues, but with social networks, you are risking to get a already shadow banned IP that may lead to your account being flaged.

I would definitely prefer sticking with one IP per account too, because I know how risky having different IPs each time is. Plus the admins of the forum I'm on are extremely strict and vigilant when it comes to things like that. But I'm not sure how possible just sticking to one IP each time is with free options.

Do browsers with built-in VPN (Opera, Epic/Brave browser) work/are they reliable? I might plan on downloading them to maybe check and see. Thanks!

The problem when something is free is that most likely those IPs are tagged, same as TOR where end nodes are well known.

For browsers you will want to delete cookies and history and other data. Also try to find some addon/extension that lets you change your user agent. For instance if you use the same browser on the same machine for all accounts you leave trace - fingerprint since these all are the same, you want to mix these and send different information within headers.

Firefox, Brave, Chrome all have profiles so you might want to set each profile for only 1 account to make it easier for logging.

Regarding IPs you could try to use VPN GATE they alwasy show you part of the IPs from the pool thus make it a bit more harder for companies/people/bots to tag these IPs as VPN service. You can find clean IPs here that are not seen as VPN and some are tagged already sadly. But it is free. The way I use it is via openVPN client, you download the confiq file and simply import it in your openVPN and it works.

Another trick to get fresh IP addresses for free is to use your phone internet tether the connection to your laptop/desktop. Every provider rotates and change IPs there some do it with every connection where to get new IP you just need to disconnect and connect again to your phone internet and for some you will need to wait a time to pass after disconnecting to obtain new fresh IP.

Even if you use 1 account the legit way your IP will most likely rotate and change overtime, don't stress about having and keeping the same IP. As most providers give you dynamically allocated IP. So I'd just try to keep one account on the IPs from the same State/country so that you don't jump all over the world by changing countries every time and thus create a suspicion of some sort.

I'm sadly not really too sure how to go about changing user agents/profiles/accounts for browsers though, or how to connect my phone internet to my computer (sorry I'm such a noob). But I installed Brave and Opera, and I like how with Opera I can change my IP depending on the country, and it only affects that browser in particular, so if I want to use my main IP on my main browser, I still can. (But I also heard that things can be leaked/compromised and they might be able to see my real IP address when that happens?)
For Brave, it seems like activating the VPN changes the entire IP for my whole computer, although I'm not sure if that's for better or worse.

Opera has a "VPN" integrated within their browser. That opera VPN is free PROXY not a real VPN - there is a difference between a PROXY and a VPN based on how communication travels through the network. As I have stated, I do not know what website is in question nor the way they block certain IPs but if they have blocked TOR IPs there is a possibility that they have blocked public proxies and vpns - does not need to be like this but it could.

With proxies you can channel each connection from each APP to a different IP there is a software that does that. Which ever browser you use you can install addons/extensions that have their own proxy integrated which is the case with Opera vpn, cyber ghost extension, windscribe extension and so on. Or you have extensions that will let you enter the proxy information and connect such as Proxy SwitchySharp, for the proxies google free proxy list etc.

When you use a VPN yes that is correct you channel the whole computer connection to that IP. All depend what do you really need, VPN is far more better to have secure connection, privacy and anonymity is another thing which I won't go into now as it depends on the provider etc etc.

Depends on the way the proxy and vpn is set up, some of them could leak your IP and some won't leak it.

Brave is marketed as being more private browser but this does not mean that you can't set other browsers to have that amount of privacy, brave is just setup to be out of the box, not perfect but yeah, with an option to earn rewards - their BAT token etc. As Brave uses Chromium, same as Chrome browser, you can install extensions from Chrome Web Store which is great.

You can use the SAME browser, to hide yourself you can use extensions that will CHANGE your user agent. Essentially you could be using Chrome Browser on Mac and via the extension the website that you want to connect to will see you are using Firefox on Win7 for instance. Thus use same browser but change what the end server of a webpage see where are you coming from.

About profiles that I have mentioned: it could be the easiest thing for your setup. Open Brave, since you have that installed, open brave browser in the top right corner you should see like small circle click on it and then choose manage profiles. For each profile you want to install extensions that will let you change IP via proxy - make sure to First activate proxy and check that it is working before loging in to your website, extension to change user agent and/or some other ones that you may need. For each profile login to a different website on the webpage you want to use and thats it. If you still didn't understand me about profiles easiest is to look it up on youtube.

You can now run multiple profiles at the same time, they would be seen as different browsers and will be separate. With the proxy extension each of them is running on different IP, where User Agent is showing to be different.

This depends on the smartphone that you own is it on Android or IOS, essentially just google how to tether the connection to your computer, how to provide hotspot with your OS on the phone or look it up on yotube.

On chrome you could try with this setup:

1. Create a new profile
2. Install tunnelbear vpn, create account with emailfake.com or other
3. Install webrtc network limiter, on extension options check "always use proxy server" or something like that
4. On chrome settings check "do not track"
5. On extension options check that everything can work on incognito
6. Open incognito, connect the vpn, choose your desired country, check on whoer.net if your ip has changed
7. Do what you gotta do until ure done

Next time:
8. Clear cache (from all time)
9. Open tab, try to connect the vpn again, click "use existing account", select the account, login, check if ip has changed and you are good to go again

If vpn runs out of data simply create another account the same way. You can also create multiple profiles and use the same setup according to your needs.

I run this setup myself and never got a ban, but there is no guarantee that its gonna work on any specific site... also if you miss one of these steps you could leave a footprint and get screwed.

Use a different browser and a good VPN to access the site with a new account
