So that's all you were doing - no automated tweets, no following/unfollowing, just literally retweeting accounts that were retweeting you back and buying followers?
The second one makes no sense - because you could just get competitors banned by buying followers for them.

You should bother about how to buy twitter followers that wouldn't drop. One reason twitter algo ban such accounts that indulge in buying followers is that those followers fall drastically. Unlike instagram it's difficult to get twitter followers that won't drop. I want to know if the ones you bought stuck without dropping?

Since buying followers has not worked for you why don't you opt for manual follow/unfollow for the time being via your current account. This way you can target followers of accounts that are similar to your niche as they'll be more likely to follow back and engage with yours. Otherwise, phony Twitter followers will do you more harm than good.

If you want to buy followers you should go to trustable websites. If you will get bots / fake accounts that will be detected easily and you could get banned. Also dont buy too much followers at one time. give a space between getting followers make it look like organic
