How to: bulk convert my backlink list to clickable links with anchor text

I build a list (about 200) of backlinks manually, the list like

http://backlink1
http://backlink2
http://backlink3
.
.
.

How to bulk format them with HTML code, with same or different anchor text, just like

<a href=http://backlink1>keywords</a>
<a href=http://backlink2>keywords</a>
<a href=http://backlink3>keywords</a>

so I can blast them with spam tools?

Use excel and put each part into a column. Then copy and paste into a text editor and do a find/replace to remove the extra spacing.

Don't call them spam tools! Haha.

Are all the keywords the same? If so, you can use a simple find/replace command in notepad or excel.
