I am starting with Outreach link building, My writers can create awesome content I believe i can do out reach, however, the problem is "How to find emails of site owner".

Like I can build awesome content, find people who have linked to worst pages or will want to link to my page and then send them an email asking > send an email asking again > send an email asking again (If needed).

However, the thing is "how do you guys find the emails of the site owner, like do you use tools like hunter.io " or something like this.

PS. I am just starting with it, any help is welcome.

You can find the emails of the site owner using whois lookup tools http://whois.domaintools.com or https://www.whois.net Assuming they don't use whois privacy on.

Another way is contact them through Contact Us page or Write for Us page. Using footprints also works as well such as "write for us" +keyword

really hard to find a email address of a website owner through whois details as well if they have bought privacy from registrar.
