I just started a blog a few days ago and right now it was 20 unique and original articles. I'm looking for a way to increase my blog traffic through backlinks. Anyone here know of any free ways I could go about this??

I'd also be willing to pay for a backlink service but I am very particular in the paid services I use and I don't want it to hurt my website PR. Any suggestions???

I'd recommend investing in a Web 2.0 and private blog network, you can find services for sale in BST, or get your own DA/PA 25+ domains for the same price as a new domain, get some cheap articles written put them on the web 2.0s and domains (make sure you host the domains with separate IP addresses and use private registration), and then build link pyramids to these tier one buffer sites, and you should see improvements pretty quickly.

Hope that at least helps you see what you should be looking for.

Get involved with relevant online communities, forums, Facebook groups/pages, etc. Whatever the topic of your blog, there is always a group of people somewhere on the internet talking about the subject.
