    Hi,

Just to say that im not looking for affiliates advices, building technique or how to monetize it, im just looking at what steps should be done to be protected legally if your plannign to start a website like s.e.x.c.o.m, the pinterest or the youporn of porn.

So let's say this is the type of website we are looking to build.

Something like s.e.x.c.o.m ... , so you don't make or own any original video or picture you just re-share them.

    - User submitted video and pictures ( maybe user will submit $%?&* stuff ? )
    - Basic pictures and video submitted by me ( the administrator, so no $%?& stuff )

The goal is to be US and Canada proof, the adult industries can lead to lawsuit that could ruin a life and I would like to ask existing website owners these basic questions

    - What kind of disclaimer, copyright info's and precaution you should I make as the owner of a adult user submitted content website ?

    - How to build a bulletproof statements against lawsuit from US and Canada ?

    - What if a girl see a pic of herself and drop a lawsuit, or call the police, or the news are you legally responsible ?

    - Do you need to work with the authority if someone upload dirty child stuff or any super mind twisted stuff or could you get in trouble ?

    - A user submitted content website is too risky, should I only upload stuff myself from affiliates ?

    - Any general experience and advise ?

I will list any good advice here and keep this section updated

    no. 1 ....

I think most people here have made adult blogs, nothing like a full fledged pornhub. Have you tried any bit of research?

Do a google search for "2257 law", that should give you all the answers you are seeking.

Search something like "DMCA hosting responsibilities" - basically, you have to expeditiously remove anything that's posted if you get a legitimate copyright claim from the material's original owner (it's a law that fucks over legitimate producers, but it's the law) - and of course it might be a good idea to remove anything that seems like underage or ch**d porn.
