Buy private proxies, make YT account on each, watch your own video on each account until the end.

You need to get some REAL views to the video also so YouTube wont delete the video. It only freezes when all the views are fake

YouTube freezes the views for everyone, it's to check that the views are authentic (or are manipulated and the requests that the sellers are sending look authentic). Your video is going to be stuck until you get unique views, I have some money on my QQTube panel, so if you want 1,000 high retention views, just shoot me a PM and I'd be happy to add your video link in.

There really is no other solution, assuming from your other posts you're doing CPA/PPD, you're not going to get any authentic visitors before your video actually ranks.
