How to boost DA of a new domain/website?

My purpose is to increase DA of my domain so that I can move my pages up in the serp.

Because all pages above me are just there because of their DA(even when they are not targeting those keywords I target)

Google does not give a crap about DA. You can spam your site with gazillion links, your DA will be over the roof and your serp position will not improve. Focus on actual link building tactics, not on the funny third party numbers.

i do agree with @nargip my some keywords are ranking on top 1 with da 5 and pa 6 no backlink only on page seo and good content and 5 year old domain

I agree with Nargil on this. People seem to get all hot and fuzzy about metrics as did i in the past but I concentrate on the quality of links. Spend time link building and finding good quality links. Good luck with the new site!
