How to block this guy, he kept flagging all my videos. Everytime he sees me upload something, he just take it down by flagging my video.

Start flagging his videos, he might get the hint. Or is he flagging you because you were flagging his?????

profile pic? 20 account reporting a profile pic may do the trick.. Also try to find any comments he has made on videos. You can then click the spam button
