I have an E commerce website in a health niche and I just sent out a few hundred samples of the product for review. The blogs that reviewed my product range from no pr-pr5 and are highly relevant. My question is how do I best optimize the reviews from each blog to pass along the most juice.

Some blogs have a popular post section - Im guessing this is based on traffic but could also be comments and Google +1's (all the posts in the popular section have at least a pr1)
For this i was going to purchase traffic and buy social bookmarks

I was thinking the same thing for the other blogs that do not have a popular post section would this work?

I have very little risk tolerance for this project what would you suggest?

    Cwonker,

If the bloggers are reviewing products in posts, this would be ideal. Its always better to get linking in copy if you can. I wouldn't worry about anchor text too much though, that can backfire on you. If you can get the plus ones that is even better. I have seen evidence on the web that those are very good for getting more exposure in search from those that interacted with the content or who were connected to those who interacted with it.

    Best,

    Shawn

    Thank you Shawn.

When I sent them the samples I tried to sculpt the keywords a little bit but 1 in 10 actually used my keywords the rest just linked to the different products and used generic "more info" type of link texts.

The domain is about 10 months old and had about 50 domains linking to it. Im a little worried because it started to shuffle and almost all my terms have dropped. I've only had about 40 of the 250 reviews posted at this time but I get between 2-10 reviews posted a day. Do you think its time to worry yet?
