Both my brother and I have gone through bouts of depression (it's inherited from my dad) but we got out of it and I can genuinely say I'm a pretty happy guy. My brother also transformed ridiculously like rocky making a comeback, so I know this shit works. This is so basic that I'm surprised people haven't really connected with it. Not to worry, your buddy pew is gonna help you out and show you how to basically destroy depression in 4 simple steps: 1. Sleep for 8 hours a day. Have trouble sleeping? Work out - cardio every single day for at least 30 minutes, ever other day weightlifting. 3. Eat organic vegan food - at the very least vegetarian food. Stay the fucking hell away from meat of ANY type (especially pork). 4. Meditate - 30 minutes a day, make it mandatory.
