Search for groups in different niches. Affiliate marketeers/SEO's/OnlyFans Agencies/Social media Agencies etc.
You can also find potential prospects through youtube videos. For instance, a lot of affiliate marketeers run Youtube channels about their work, other affiliate marketeers follow them and they all use VAs.

You need to first identify your skills and what work you want to do. Then determine how much you'd like to charge your clients. After that go to freelancers websites like Upwork, create a profile there, and start applying for jobs. Finding your first client will most likely be difficult, don't get discouraged and just keep applying for jobs. Good luck!
