How to avoid going spam messages on messanger

Personally, I think you should keep your account active for a longer period, engaging in genuine interactions like adding friends, liking, commenting, replying to messages, sending natural messages regularly, and avoiding copying the same content to multiple people.

IP and normal warning doesn't really work as it did before. You won't be guaranteed an inboxed message.

Facebook has a trust score for each account that's heavily based on interaction history. If you message people who are not in your friends list or groups, you WILL hit a spam wall.

Aged accounts have a higher trust score, so you could get away with more of the above, but you will still hit the wall regardless unless you don't balance engagement properly.

This isn’t mainly an IP-related issue; it’s usually caused by your account’s trust score
 
It depends on Facebook's trust in your account, not your IP address. You need two-way interaction to gradually build trust; don't spam, and don't ignore messages.

It's very likely your Facebook account has been reported as spam. What you need to do is make it appear as if this is a real user and not intentionally spamming.
 
Maybe you spamming, you might just need to take a pause and warm up the accounts.
 
This usually happens due to low trust or messaging patterns. Avoid sending identical messages, slow down outreach, increase normal activity like friends, posts, replies, and build conversation naturally. Over-automation, new accounts, or cold links often push messages straight to spam.
