    Hello there,

I provide SEO services in another forum and I delivered exactly as what my customer instructed. I over delivered 50 quality, unique and human readable web2.0's instead of 10 web2.0s only because I wanted to throw in some bonus for him.

Now he is complaining that the 50 web2.0 blogs are too many and can lead to Google penalty. I explained to him that it will give him better results instead because they are all unique and human readable. Few other complaints that he try to bring up is one of the web2.0 blogs out of 50 web2.0 blogs had 5% plagiarism, anchor texts concentration and yada yada. I spent the next one hour clearing the issue for him.

The next day he came back and emailed me for a refund again OR ELSE he will post a negative feedback on my thread and claiming for refund in Paypal.

Have you guys encountered such jerks before? They deliberately find 101 excuses to ask for a refund even after an order has been delivered.

What did you guys do? What should I do?

You'll always get the people wanting stuff for free claiming they are unhappy with your services etc

either refund him and never deal with him again or when he does post bad feedback, post proof of your work in the thread of the work you carried out. This shows your telling the truth and makes him look like an idiot. It would give away his niche with the content you provide but hey who's faults that :)

But that is just unfair, right? I spent money to get article writers to write that additional articles for him and it wasn't cheap. Not to mention, my time!

If everything was discussed clearly before the transaction and you have delivered exactly what you promised then I don't think you should refund this guy. I don't think he can leave negative feedback on this ground. If anything he will lose credibility for giving incorrect information. On the other hand, if there was any ambiguity about any point in the project then bite the bullet and refund.

Honestly mate I have been shafted out of £100s over the past 12 month or so but I suppose that's what happens when your doing online services. PayPal always give the sellers back their money in my experience. Youll never win a chargeback case neither. Its bullshit yes - but like I say I would just post proof in your thread that you did everything that was advertised that way he looks like the idiot and maybe he will back away from the refund requests if he wants to stay on this forum as really he is just scamming you out of money.

Sad to know this. Just give the refund and delete all the works that you have done for him if possible.
