How to Avail Azure Free trail again by different devices

i have azure free trail a month ago... but when signup again by new device,new ip and new card.. its saying you are not eligible for free trial...

please tell secure way to avail the trial.. or any other alternative that offers free trial OF RDP server...

also is there any way to get virtual credit card that works on azure ?

Azure is using card to verify your ID. Either it's not able to verify your ID or the card is tying your ID with your previous application for azure free trial.
That's that with the card. Also you can't use same name address or phone number for another trial.

You can try on RDP with different info. You can't use same name/card/address/phone number/Internet IP address for another trial.
