How to apply from outside the US??

I'm in south America as I write and I was wondering how to go about aplying from outside the US to a CPA network as they call you and stuff...
Or I just do it the same way?

Sometimes it depends on the reputation of your country but most of the respectable networks will give you a call and try to find out if you are legit. Peerfly would be a good option for your first network...sign up, get some history and later it makes everything easier when you can talk to some account manager and tell him that you have been working with peerfly for the past x month and making x,xxx/month and they must have you.
