I'm looking to contact blog owners manually and asking them if I can guest post on their blog. The problem I dont know how much a guest post is worth. I saw a few BST here but I'm sure if I contact the owners individually I should get a better deal.

I wanted to know how to gauge the monetary value of a guest post? For example how much should a PR4, DA 33,PA 42 link cost? Is there any factors to keep in mind while buying such posts?

Guestposts range heavily depending on the blog, but I've seen sites sell a lot of such posts if they're >$40/post. Also see people selling guest posts for well over $150 if they believe their blog's worth it, and yes, people pay that much.

What are the factors that one should look at while buying the guest post? OBL? PR? DA? PA?

The price depends upon PA/DA, PR, of the blogs. Also, some rare niche blogs are not easy to find you can't get those blogs for lower price. OBL, some has 20 or more we can't say exactly.
