    Hi

Does anyone have links on how to analyse domains with AHREF? Ive been using Majestic but recently switched to AHREF and I've no idea what is UR and DR. Or do i have to stick to TF and CF still?

Let me know if anyone have a detailed guide

AHREF can be used to analyse faster and more backlinks compared to majestic. UR= URL rating of the domain
DR= Domain Rating. If you hover to the ? icon beside DR/UR, it has explanations on there. Usually i will ignore DR/UR of any backlinks because i dont find it useful to analyse how strong backlinks are because i will manually check backlinks

Mostly i will use Ahref to analyze competitor's organic keywords, anchors & reffering domain and of course export backlinks and then manually check. Between you can also check keyword difficulty,CPC,traffic, volume, position of a keyword..But i found traffic volume is different between tools like ahref, semrush so i use Google keyword planner for this.

Actually, In majestic, You've to evaluate each backlink by using TF and CF. But In Ahref, you'll use URL and Domain rating to analyze backlinks.

On Ahrefs, every page and domain get a score which helps you to analyze your backlinks Or how strong a domain is.

    It has two parts:

    1. URL Rating : A score that represents the overall quality and quantity of links pointing to that specific URL, on a scale from 0-100.

    2. Domain rating: A score that represents the overall quality and quantity of links pointing to anywhere on the domain, also on a scale from 0-100.

@bloggerzone02 For e.g. in Majestic my rule is to buy TF > 10 and make sure CF higher than TF. Whats the rule for AHREF? What kind of ratings i should be noticing? Any help?

Majestic has a higher market share. Hence most SEO's use Majeistc metrics to compare domains (for e.g. domain sellers). I think everything else has been said.
