I am looking to advertise affiliate links over adwords. But due to Google policy we can't. Do you guys know any way to advertise affiliate links over adwords? I heard about Google Cloaking. But don't know much about it. Please, explain how all this work? And how we can advertise over adwords with affiliate links.

For advertising affiliate links on Adwords (and Bing / FB) you need a cloaker. What a cloaker does usually, is show Adwords a legit content, i.e. content that will pass their review and make the ad approved, while users are get sent to your real website / offer.

Yes. using a cloaker is the only way, but be warned, it is against G's policy and can get your account banned. Play safe.

As long as you provide value, is affiliate links really a problem?

Let's say you advertise a step-by-step guide to improve your home.

In it you have a detailed article explaining how to make your living room brighter and detailed steps in how to do so. You also include a link to a solid lamp that will help you brighten up the room (your affiliate link).

You then go on to describe other ways to improve the home.

My experience is that google doesn't have a problem with it. The problem is when you don't provide value but instead just goes for the affiliate sale.
