I have created a new facebook account and want to add friends from US only. Is there any way or setting so that I can get friend requests from US and show my profile to US people.

You can join groups related to US and stay active. You can also share posts related to Us events and Hashtag. Running facebook Ads to target people in the US, might also help

you can join US groups or search for them by country, i think you should also use US ip that would be better

Try to create yiur account in same location with needed criteria to get mix with the location audiences and join group from same location easily to meet up with many people from the location.

You have to see what your goal is to find groups and connect with those friends
