How to add images to Clickbump v4 wp theme?

I can't seem to get the images to show up. I uploaded them to the media section with the "_" before the keyword like it says but it's not showing up...

 

try to go the site and get the manual, it's the best better than trick, coz you have to learn

 

I'm having issues with this also.

I upload a new header via the admin panel, but it is never added.

 

I've been a customer of his since version 1. This guy updates monthly and provides the best customer support of any product I've ever purchased.

I bet he's changing things up just to keep you guessing.

Bottom line, If you get value from the software pay the developer and get support.

Granted, I bought it when it was 27 bucks, but then no one had heard of it. Now that its damn near indispensable, I think what he's charging and the support and constant enhancements he provides, I'd gladly pay more. I made my investment back in less than a week of using his themes.

 

So, would you be kind enough to contribute here on how to solve the image problem? thanks
