    Hi,
I quit my job two years ago and working as a freelancer from then but this weekend a friend of mine shared a handsome salary job and I thought about applying for that job and working some time offline with that company.

The problem is that I have no idea how to write my freelance skills on my CV and I don't know how to get recommendation from the clients I've worked with/for.
    Any help is highly appreciated.

Don't. Put work you have done into your portfolio somewhere and put that link into your CV. Unless it's something black hat, then don't mention it at all.

Do you think it's good idea to add projects done via/on black hat thing/softwares to portfolio?

Don't put any blackhat related projects. But if they were any legit clean projects, I would simply add them under freelance consultant (put your date started since 2 years to current) and add the projects done with client names. I worked in the HR profession hiring IT consultant for our clients, and I have seen plenty of resumes where people have done freelance work. They simply add their personal company name (made up or registered), Title: Freelance Consultant and the project details with client names.

I put something like this on my CV:

Throughout university, I have been working as a freelance affiliate in the online world of marketing. This has included implementing Pay Per Download (PPD) and Cost Per Action (CPA) methods that have enabled me to pay for my tuition fees. Furthermore, I have gained valuable insights in this area of marketing.

Made it generalised and just had an example if they asked about it in interviews.
