    if you buy reseller account then you should use WHM panel to add domains....for your client....

    well, you can't add domain in reseller hosting, but through cpanel..

    the default may be yoursitename.com/cpanel then click domains

    Hi im also new with reseller hosting but I got it to work by adding new cpanel on my reseller account. Im not sure if this is what you wanted to do, anyway here's what I did.

    go to WHM or Webhost manager and then find
    "Create a New Account" make a new account by adding your new domain and fill in everything. after successful creation of new cpanel account check your email for the info of your newly created cpanel.

    then try login using the info you received on your email.

    +===================================+
    | New Account Info |
    +===================================+
    | Domain: yourdomain.com
    | Ip: *.*.*.* (n)

    use the ip address given, type in the address bar of your browser.
    *.*.*.*:2082 (replace * with the IP you got from your email) then login with your username and pw you provided for your new cpanel.

    I hope it helps.

    As above , but I have to add a new package in WHM first.
