How to activate 5000+ forum accounts by email

Hi there,
I have in my mail box 5000+ email messages requiring to activate forum accounts by clicking confirmation link.

Is there a software able to do retrieve all those email and activate them by clicking automatically?

I understand senuke could do it, but it is a bit expensive to buy it for that purpose.

1. Cracked SeNuke which has very limited functions can do it.
2. There's a website(Can't remember the name of it)
3. There's a program here which searches emails for a keyword and click it.(can't remember name either)
4. I think rankbuilder can also do it

Are you unsatisfied with the email activation of XRumer? Or did you write your own stuff? Its quite easy to write an email-activator, matter of some hours.
