How to access Android mobile that is in USA from different country

I have a friend who is in USA, but I need to give him a smartphone to manage my tiktok accounts. Problem is my friend doesn't have lot of time to manage my accounts. I want to do it myself sitting from different country.

Is there any solutions to wake up this phone and operate it without my friend's help?

Anydesk is one solution but it requires my friend to help me multiple times a day and most the time it will be night for him when it is day here. Is there any better way?

I will try that also, but many people said IP addresses in RDP rotate now and then which may lead to shadowban, is there any way to avoid this IP issue. I will create RDP from any platform that can give solution to this problem

it's as same as anydesk, I need something that can enable me to access without much help from my friend's side.
